If the candidate we place leaves or is let go within 60 days of start — for performance reasons — we conduct a full replacement search at no additional cost. Our goal is long-term fit, not just a placed candidate.
How quickly can you fill a role? +
Most roles are filled within 3–5 weeks. Senior or highly specialized roles may take 4–6 weeks. We don't rush — we'd rather take an extra week than send you the wrong candidate.
